At Techno Net Plus, the reliability of our software is paramount. We are committed to providing a robust and reliable platform to our customers. To achieve this, we are building out our Quality Assurance (QA) organization and are looking for a dedicated Junior/Mid-Level QA Engineer to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our QA processes, work alongside senior QA engineers, and ensure the highest standards of quality in our software.
Skills & Qualifications
- Quality Assurance Execution: Execute comprehensive QA processes, including designing, developing, and implementing test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and technical specifications.
- Test Automation: Collaborate with the automation team to develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools (we use Cypress) to enhance efficiency and coverage.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, identify potential risks, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Bug Tracking and Reporting: Manage bug tracking systems, report issues, and work with the development team to resolve defects.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of test plans, procedures, and results.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest QA methodologies, tools, and best practices to continuously improve QA processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with automated testing tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate technical issues clearly and concisely.
- Problem-Solving: Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Eagerness to Learn: A strong desire to learn and grow within the QA field, with a proactive approach to improving QA processes and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Automation Experience: Experience with Cypress or similar automated testing tools.
- CI/CD Knowledge: Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
